Shenzhen Sculpture Biennale is starting

The 7th edition of the Shenzhen Biennial opens on May 12.

Curated by Liu Ding, Carol Yinghua Lu and Su Wei, the biennial will be divided into three large exhibitions: “Unexpected Encounters,” which takes into account artistic practices in China since 1989; “What You See is What I See,” a selection of recently-made works by Chinese artists based around the world; and “Public Projects,” which features four site-specific projects located in public spaces.
