Contracting Party

These terms and conditions apply if you choose to start a subscription to Flash Art. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law and establish the terms under which Flash Art Srl, make subscriptions available to you.

 

Ordering your subscription

Your subscription entitles you to receive print copies of Flash Art. Published five times a year, you can order your subscription at any time.

 

On-line Contract and Off-line Contract

By submitting your order, you are making an offer to Flash Art magazine, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract between us. Once the payment is authorised, your account will be debited and you will receive an e-mail confirming your Subscription or order. We reserve the right not to accept or process your order for any reason. All orders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by your payment card issuer.

The off-line contract is active when you receive a confirmation letter from us, which will be sent within 10 working days of receipt of payment. We are not responsible if you fail to receive written confirmation because you have supplied us with an incorrect, or incomplete, postal address. Your subscription and online access is personal to you and non-transferable, except Gift Subscriptions. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any application for a subscription for any reason.

 

Payment

We require payment in advance for all subscriptions, publications and back issues.

 

Delivery

We will deliver the magazines to the address you provide to us when you place your order. Upon receipt of payment your subscription will be started with our next issue (unless a renewal or otherwise specified), which will be dispatched upon publication. We will not be responsible if you fail to receive any issues because you have provided us with an incomplete or incorrect address. In order to avoid such mishaps, please notify us in the event your address changes.

 

Delay in delivery and non-delivery

We will not be responsible for delayed or non-delivery where the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment, or your bank refuses to accept our Direct Debit mandate. Or where failure is due to circumstances beyond our control or the control of our sub-contractors. We are not responsible for any delay caused by customs, or liable for any import duties and taxes. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you.

Renewals and Auto Renewing Subscriptions

If you pay for your subscription by Direct Debit there is no need to renew your subscription as it will continue until you cancel your Direct Debit and we will take payment every upon publication (every two months) You will continue to receive issues until you cancel your Direct Debit. If you have paid by card or cheque, we will remind you that your subscription is due to expire before it does.

 

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations are not permitted until the end of period agreed in the contract and we will not issue a refund. For auto renewing subscriptions you may cancel your subscription at any time by notifying our Subscription department. Please note that all card refunds will be issued in euro to the card used to purchase the subscription. Price Information

Prices displayed on the subscriptions section of the website will prevail at all times in relation to orders placed online. Prices quoted can be changed at any time at our discretion. If you make ongoing Direct Debit payments we reserve the right to increase our prices at any time and will notify you in writing of any such price increase.

 

Credit Card Payment

If you are not using your own credit / debit card to pay for the subscription you must ask the permission of the card holder before entering payment details.

 

Liability

Our liability to you in the event of magazines being lost in dispatch shall be limited to the replacement of missing issues.

Use of Personal Information

We use the personal and transactional information you supply to us in order to fullfil your order.

 

Gift Subscriptions

A letter will be sent to the recipient informing them of the gift and letting them know who has subscribed on their behalf.
