Hey Josh, I am being erased What do you mean? Be quiet. Let’s just get this done. Ok. Do you want to ask the questions? Ok. How are you? Good, I’m ok. How are you? Your studio looks really full? Stupid Um, you so smart, oh, I missed you but I can’t put that in. Let’s just get this done. Um, yeah, let’s just do it. Don’t say that Ok, let’s just get it done What are you working on? Paintings of birds, no, this painting at the Sculpture Center, I am going over to vanish it after this. Why are you still doing paintings of birds? I’m always going to paint birds Don’t you want to paint the things, why would you paint the stripes? The stripes are the colors of the birds. Who cares. I always thought I was an abstract painter, but I’m not and these are the closest things to abstraction. So you stole this idea from me? (silence)… no, why would you think that. Beacuse you’ve stolen so many of my other ideas Josh Smith? Are you talking about yourself. Of course, of course I am. How many ideas have you stolen from me? None yet. Oh yeah right. What are you writing? I am just writing what we’re saying. Ok, you can go to the Sculpture Center now. Is that 2000 words? (silence)
